Following a grant from the Lankelly Chase Foundation and Oglesby Trust, we are able to continue our excellent service to develop partnerships with local schools, and work with the local community and other education groups. The 2008 programme is focusing on renewable energy and climate change in conjunction with numerous local and special educational needs schools. We are delighted that a major award from Northern Rock Foundation has further enabled our hydro-turbine project to be realised. read more.. HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND - RESTORATION HERON CORN MILL In December 2005, Heron Corn Mill - Beetham Trust received a £50,000 project planning grant from Heritage Lottery Board, to develop a series of plans for the site development. The resultant plans are now available for download.
