Due to popular demand Bread of Heron group leader Pete will be running two separate one-day workshops to mark Sourdough September, where over the course of the day he’ll teach you how to look after a culture, how to make up a sponge, and the differences between rye and wheat cultures. You’ll then bake one white and one brown sourdough loaf using two different starters!
